The first in China! Tsingyanak high-speed wide-width (solid-state) dry electrode equipment was successfully delivered

    On July 24, the high-speed wide-width (solid-state) dry electrode equipment independently developed by Tsingyan Electronics and Tsingyanak was successfully delivered to the leading domestic OEM, and the two parties jointly held a delivery ceremony. This is the first high-speed wide-width dry electrode film-forming composite equipment in China, marking the company's key breakthrough in the field of cutting-edge manufacturing technology for solid-state batteries, and further verifying the technical maturity and industrial adaptability of the company's dry electrode equipment.

    The on-site delivery ceremony was hosted by Dr. Chang Yi, the project director of the customer's dry process technology, and Dr. Li Jin, the technical director, delivered a speech. Dr. Chang Yi pointed out that dry process electrodes, as one of the core technologies for the next generation of battery manufacturing, are key technologies for improving the performance of solid-state batteries, and have great advantages in terms of environmental friendliness, manufacturing efficiency, and cost savings. Dr. Li Jin emphasized that the equipment delivered by Tsingyanak this time is the most technologically advanced, fastest, and widest dry process electrode equipment in China, which meets the technical requirements of power battery manufacturing, lays a solid foundation for the company's future large-scale mass production in the direction of solid-state batteries, and is also a key step for the company to deploy next-generation battery technology.


    In his speech, Dr. Wang Chen, Chairman of Tsingyan Electronics and Tsingyanak, first expressed his gratitude to customers for their trust and recognition, and emphasized that the smooth delivery of this project fully demonstrated Tsingyan Electronics' technical strength in the field of dry-process electrodes.     The high-speed wide-width (solid-state) dry electrode equipment delivered by Tsingyanak has a width of 800mm and a maximum speed of 50m/min. It has the advantages of being solvent-free, low energy consumption, and high efficiency. It supports refined control of key parameters such as pressure, temperature, and speed, and realizes one-stop green manufacturing from powder to electrode sheets.

    The equipment and materials are highly compatible and suitable for multi-process exploration and production line verification by mainstream car companies, battery cell companies and other customers. It has a high degree of integration and intelligence, meeting customers' requirements for multiple batches and precise control in the pilot stage, while meeting the high requirements of solid-state batteries for process stability and performance consistency.
