Advancing Dry‑Process Technology, Focusing on Core Powder‑to‑Film Innovation | Tsingyan Electronics at 2026 Dry‑Electrode Technology Conference

Table of Content [Hide]

On June 17, 2026, the 2026 Dry‑Electrode Technology Conference hosted by China Powder Network was successfully held. Centered on cutting‑edge dry‑electrode technologies, intelligent equipment, advanced materials and integrated applications for all‑solid‑state batteries, the gathering brought together industry elites across the supply chain to explore pathways toward large‑scale dry‑electrode mass production.

Tsingyan Electronics showcased its proprietary Powder‑into‑Film‑System (PIFs) technology, complete material‑process solutions, intelligent equipment and industrialization achievements at the conference. The company shared technical innovations and real‑world implementation experience, and cooperated with industry partners to accelerate the “solvent‑free revolution” of dry‑electrode technology, driving the lithium‑ion and all‑solid‑state battery industries toward greener, higher‑performance and large‑scale development.

01 Core Process Breakthroughs · Redefine Electrode Production Logic

Tsingyan Electronics’ powder‑to‑film technology completely abandons the conventional wet‑process workflow of “slurry preparation‑coating‑drying”. Through dry mixing, modified PTFE binder forms a three‑dimensional fibrous network that builds spatial bridging structures among powder particles. Combined with the original multi‑stage rolling process, powder voids are eliminated and interfacial impedance is substantially reduced. Enabled by a four‑driven full‑chain system covering materials‑process‑equipment‑application, this technology is fully ready for large‑volume manufacturing.

02 Focus on Future · Co‑build Collaborative Industrial Ecosystem

At the conference, Luo Xufang, R&D Director of Tsingyan Electronics, stated that the company’s self‑developed TYB‑005 modified PTFE binder addresses inherent drawbacks of conventional PTFE such as susceptibility to reduction, poor fibrillating controllability and uneven dispersion. Paired with dry‑process carbon‑coated foils featuring four major strengths: stable conductive network, broad process window, highly uniform coating and full‑chain collaborative verification, Tsingyan has resolved four key industry pain‑points related to carbon‑coated foils: conductivity performance, thermal lamination, coating quality and joint development.

Furthermore, Tsingyan will open its full‑chain dry‑electrode verification and innovation platform, deepen industry‑university‑research collaboration, and work with supply‑chain participants to tackle industry challenges including solid‑solid interfaces, wide‑width high‑speed film‑forming and long‑term stable mass production. The company aims to foster a sound industrial ecosystem and fulfill its mission of “advancing green manufacturing via powder‑to‑film technology”.

03 Persist in Innovation · Lead the Industry Boom Cycle

With its core powder‑to‑film technology, Tsingyan Electronics demonstrated full‑industrial‑chain capabilities ranging from fundamental R&D, in‑house material development and equipment manufacturing to commercial deployment, further consolidating its leading position in the sector.

The dry‑electrode industry is poised for explosive growth over the next 3‑5 years. Tsingyan will keep pursuing technical innovation and continuously upgrade its products and solutions. Together with industry peers, it will further advance the solvent‑free process revolution, support technological breakthroughs and high‑quality development for China’s lithium‑ion and all‑solid‑state battery sectors, and steadily move toward its corporate vision: “to become the global leader in powder‑to‑film technology”.
